Refund and credit policy
1. Current payments are tests
DRIPULSE (HK) LIMITED currently uses Stripe test payments for DripAI at global.dripulse.com. No real payment is collected. A test refund simulates the payment workflow; it does not return real money to a bank account or card. Use test card details only.
Test credits are not cash, are recorded separately from live paid-service credits and cannot fund real collection on this public test deployment. The displayed rule is US$1 = 100 credits and 50 credits (US$0.50) per eligible answer; it is not evidence that a live payment was collected.
2. Answer charges and released reservations
An estimate reserves the credits needed for the planned collection. Only an eligible delivered answer is charged under that run’s recorded pricing. Failed, refused, truncated, unknown, relevance-pending and incomplete-search answers are not charged. Unused reserved credits are released; releasing a reservation is not a cash refund.
If an order or refund is pending or unknown, check the existing record and refresh its status. Do not assume a failure or start another payment. Credits and refund records change after the payment service confirms the corresponding result.
3. Test refund actions and future live terms
Where enabled, the order page shows whether a self-service test refund is available and why it may be unavailable. The current full-refund workflow requires the order’s credits to remain unused and unreserved; adding more credits after using them does not restore eligibility. A confirmed refund revokes the corresponding credits. Contact support when the page requires manual review.
No universal refund window or future live-payment refund entitlement is promised by this test-stage page. Before real charging is enabled, the operator must review and publish the live refund conditions. This statement does not limit any rights that applicable law may require.
