Terms of service
1. The service and your account
DripAI is operated by DRIPULSE (HK) LIMITED at global.dripulse.com. It helps you collect answers to brand-related questions, inspect sources, analyze visibility, prepare optimization briefs and compare later observations.
Use an email address you control, complete email verification when requested, and keep your credentials private. Only submit brand information, questions and content that you are authorized to use. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information into collection prompts.
2. Test payments and credits
Stripe currently runs in test mode: test checkout does not charge real money. Use test card details only. Test credits are recorded separately from paid service credits, are not cash, and cannot fund real collection on this public test deployment. They do not prove that a paid service has been purchased.
The displayed pricing rule is US$1 = 100 credits and 50 credits (US$0.50) per eligible answer on every platform. The application shows the planned reservation before collection. Failed, refused, truncated, unknown, relevance-pending or incomplete-search answers are not charged; unused reservations are released. A later manual review does not retroactively charge this collection.
An order return page is not proof of payment. Use the saved order status and refresh it instead of creating a second payment when the result is pending or unknown. Live payment terms, refund eligibility and operational readiness must be reviewed by the operator before real charging is enabled.
3. Collection, analysis and your responsibilities
When an authorized real collection runs, your selected questions and relevant brand or market context are sent to configured third-party collection services. Their model responses and search sources may change, contain mistakes or be unavailable. Review evidence before using or publishing it.
Reports describe observed answers within the selected questions, platforms, markets and dates. They are not a promise of ranking, traffic, revenue or causal improvement. Optimization briefs require your review; publication through your website workflow remains your responsibility.
4. Data control and support
Raw answers and analysis results have no automatic expiry by default. Authorized workspace users may view and export permitted results; the workspace owner can request permanent project or workspace deletion in Settings and inspect its progress. See the privacy policy for retention limits and third-party processing.
Contact geo@seaseek.ai with account, order or data questions. Include the relevant record identifier rather than passwords, full card details or secret keys. These dated test-stage rules describe the implemented service; they do not represent a legal certification or confirmation of a professional legal review.
